- Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
